Return and Refund Policy

If you have a problem with your order, we would like to know about it. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In the instance that your package is damaged during transit, we require you to notify us of any broken bottles within 1 business day of delivery. Sealed (unopened) or corked necks of the damaged bottles need to returned for us to process a claim and send a new shipment out. We will not replace any empty open bottles.
New York State Law prohibits the return of alcoholic beverages for any other reason, including liquor or wine purchased in customer error (New York State ABC Law). We will only accept returns if the merchandise is defective in quality.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
